Last week I received an e-mail from a friend of mine, Bea Fields, inviting me to write an article on "Leadership" that she could put on her blog site. For those of you who may not know Bea, she's a very well-respected leadership coach, blogging expert and I had the honor of teaching the Blogging for Bankers course online with her and my Free Webinar Wednesdays partner, Jeff Simpkins. Oh yeah, she's also an author and has a few books (great reads on leadership and Gen Y) as well, so to say she's a writing and communication expert is just scratching the surface.
